We offer rough construction at a price: from 234.66 €/sq.m., or 459 BGN/sq.m. excluding VAT, of low-rise frame-panel construction. An excellent option for all those who have the opportunity to continue to implement their idea to the end with their own forces, as well as builders and construction companies. This is the main structure of the building, and this includes:
1. Production, delivery and installation of frames for internal and external walls.
2. Waterproofing of structures to the foundations.
3. Closing external walls with moisture-resistant plywood or OSB boards.
4. Roof structure - production, delivery and installation.
5. Closing the roof with sheathing and end boards - delivery and installation.
6. Impregnation of the entire wooden structure.
7. Roof – covering with bitumen, metal, PVC or ceramic tiles with a warranty of not less than 15 years, including paneling and a complete drainage system.
Quality building materials are used (Dry wood with 12-20% humidity, moisture-resistant plywood, bitumen mastic between the foundations and the wood, Roofing system with a supporting structure made of dry wood and the ribs made of dry wood, closing the roof with sheathing).
